Refund policy

We work hard to make each handcrafted piece exactly as requested. All  purchases are made to order with your specifications so we are not able to accept returns. Please review your order to verify that it is correct and to be certain that your choice of product will fit into its intended room, through all doorways and stairways and is the color you desire. You can purchase a color sample to match your home or office. 

If your order is damaged during shipping, we will ensure that the damage is resolved to your satisfaction. We will not pay for any repairs or alterations made without our prior approval.

We stand behind the workmanship of our products and provide a warranty for defects. See the warranty section below for more information.

Please not that clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned for any reason.
