Shipping policy
Please Read Carefully:
We use UPS for shipping most handmade orders. Smaller items such as hooks are shipped via USPS. We will provide you with a UPS or USPS tracking number for your package so you can check the status of your package delivery on the shipping provider's website.
We will ship your order to the exact shipping address you provide when you make your purchase unless you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the package is in the hands of UPS or USPS we cannot change an address or retrieve a package. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for fees to reship to the correct address.
Delivery Times:
Most items take up to 4 business days to process because each item is handmade in our workshop. If an item is stocked such as hardware, it will ship out within 2 business days.
If you have a specific delivery time frame, please contact us prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. Most items are handmade when an order is placed so . Once your order ships general transit time is 5-7 working days.
Delivery Notification:
On all orders, you will be contacted via email when your order ships. You will be given the shipping company and tracking number.
International Orders:
We do accept International orders. Prior to placing an order, please contact us so we can calculate the correct shipping charges based upon the weight, destination, and package size. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may arise during international shipping.
